Pokeno Sauternes Cask 54.2%

An exciting new single cask release from Pokeno, this bottling was initially matured in a ex Bourbon Barrel for three years, before undergoing a secondary maturation for two years in an ex Sauternes Barrique. The nose opens up with aromas juicy pears and peaches, honeydew melon and citrus fruits. On the palate there are notes of almond croissants, honey and sticky toffee, dark chocolate and fruits.
