Waiheke Whisky 'Oak and Rye' 40%

A new special release from the folks at Waiheke Whisky, this expression is their take on an American style Whiskey. The mash bill is made up of 51% corn, 21% Rye and 28% Barley. There are notes of sweet toasted oak, creamed corn and rich caramel, with a grassy and spicy rye finish.
