Bunnahabhain Staoisha 'North Star' 11 years old 55.7%

Staoisha is the name given to the heavily peated spirit distilled at Bunnahabhain distillery. This single cask expression from North Star Spirits has been matured for eleven years in a single refil Hogshead cask. There are notes of smoky burnt hot chocolate, salted pecan pie and wafts of peat with warm tropical sweet notes on the finish.
