Tormore 'Signatory' 100 Proof 9 years old 57.1%

This new Tormore is very much an after dinner dram, coming from a combination of first fill ex-Oloroso Sherry Butts and ex-Bourbon barrels, with each of the cask types contributing different flavours during maturation. Opening with dessicated coconut and aromatic vanilla pods, this is very much an after-dinner dram, with plenty of bananas drizzled with golden syrup, honeycomb and home-made hokey-pokey chocolate. The finish is warming with a rich, spicy earthyness.
