Cadenhead's Enigma 'Tennessee Bourbon' 21 years old 41.5%

This bottling comes from an undisclosed Tennesse distillery, was aged for 21 years and bottled by Cadenhead at the natural strength of 41.5%. On the nose there is are aromas of beeswax, followed by more typical Bourbon notes of cinnamon butter and caramelised sugar. The palate opens up with notes of nougat, pumpernickel and keylime pie, rounding off with mint julep, sage and zesty grapefruit.
