Matured for 16 years in a re-fill sherry cask, this is a warm and inviting example of the little-known Teaninich distillery. Clove spiced oranges, mulled wine and bread & butter pudding come to mind on the nose, alongside hints of lacquered wood. On the palate, a dark and syrupy quality - a classic note of flat Coca Cola joins orange liqueurs and plenty of nutty notes. The finish is long, layered with spice and gently drying.
