Lamb and Herb Sausage

Our Lamb comes from grass fed Lambs born and bred in the Wairarapa. The mild flavour of lamb is especially delicate in flavour. The colour of the meat ranges from light to dark pink and the fat is soft and creamy.

Our delicious lamb and herb sausages are handmade from grass fed lamb reared on Wairarapa farms, subtly blended with classic herbs like mint and rosemary. Perfect for the whole family with a mash and gravy or on the BBQ with salad and chips.
