Rhineland rye Sourdough (organic).
Join the darker slice of my bakery. This loaf has no white flour- as I mill the wholegrain freshly on the day in my bakery. So if you want a loaf that sustains you and has a bit of bite- then the Rhineland Rye is for you.
Rye is different; otherwordly and enchanting- I love that it is not as shiny and commonly used as wheat. Its flavour is earthier and deeper but it still works for sweet toppings.
