Soft Sourdough Sandwich (plain or toasted seeds)

Soft and fluffy- this loaf is great for sandwiches. The way it is baked keeps the crust and crumb softer than the Crusty country Loaf. I started baking it for my kids because they like geometrical sandwiches:)

Just as all of my loaves it is made with sourdough.

TOASTED SEEDS: I add toasted sunflower seeds and local linseed.

This loaf is made with predominantly white local flour, so if you are after a more gut friendly and wholesome loaf the Rhineland or Gutsy Grain-seed is the one to try.
