Sourdough Foccacia

Soft and salty- perfect for open sandwiches or to go alongside your soup or dip.

My sourdough Foccacia is made with a spray free flour. I brush it with olive oil and finish it off with a sprinkle of sea salt.

For my olive foccacia I use kalamata olives.
