Edradour 'Signatory' No. 2 Inaugural Release 7 years old 57.1%

Celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Edradour distillery in Pitlochry, this whisky is the first ever release from Edradour No. 2, the twin distillery to the original that was built by Andrew Symington in 2018. Filled from 1st-fill ex-sherry butts, this is a classic Edradour, offering a rich profile of chocolate-covered Turkish delight, stewed apples with raisins and freshly brewed mulled wine. The warm spicy heart remains even with dilution, along with cherry compote and chocolate peppermint cremes.
